While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

All nutritional data are estimates and may vary based on ingredient brands, portion sizes, and preparation methods.
We are not a medical, dietary, or health professional. The Site does not replace professional advice from a qualified nutritionist, dietitian, or physician.
We do not guarantee that any recipes are free from allergens, contaminants, or other hazards.

Use of the Site is at your own risk. If you have specific health concerns or dietary restrictions, consult a qualified professional before following any recipe.

4. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dailymealflow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved through the following process:

Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations. Either party may initiate negotiations by sending a written notice to the other party’s contact address listed below.
Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to non‑binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed‑upon mediator located in the United States.
Arbitration: Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, by a single arbitrator, and held in a venue mutually agreed upon by the parties (or, failing agreement, in New York, NY). The arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Attorney Fees: The prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, dailymealflow may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

6. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and dailymealflow regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
